Connect to your vcenter server and click on the Warning message to display certificate
Select Export and export the certificate as PKCS#7 certificate chaine
Open then URL: https://vcenterurl/certs/download.zip
Save the file and extract the win folder
Import all certs that are found in that folder in the Trusted Root Certification Authorities folder

The Vcenter self signed certificate will now be trusted in Chrome as all Trusted authorities are now know
